She was predeceased by: her husband Alex; and her son Tom. She is survived by: her sister Alice; her nephews, Robert (Anita) and John (Christine); and her great-nephew Benjamin.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Scott Funeral Home Mississauga Chapel (420 Dundas St E, Mississauga, ON L5A1X5). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:15 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Park Lawn Cemetery (2845 Bloor St W, Toronto, ON M8X1A6).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Barbara's memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
