Barbara Ptak Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Ptak (Toronto, Ontario), who passed away on May 30, 2025 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Barbara Ptak to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Ptak; and her parents, Tomas and Marianne. She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth, Christopher and Yolanda; her grandsons, Nathaniel, Noah and Zachary; and her sons-in-law, Michael and Robert. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Turner & Porter - Yorke Chapel (2357 Bloor St W, Toronto, ON M6S1P4). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Casimir's Parish (156 Roncesvalles Ave, Toronto, ON M6R2L4). A burial will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Riverside Cemetery (1567 Royal York Rd, Toronto, ON M9P3C4).
