He was predeceased by: his parents, John Paul and Juliette; and his siblings, Robert, Paul (Vera), Roger (Fernande), Gerald (Joan) and Madeleine Galley (Harold).

He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Anne (Deric Sullivan) and James (Egdy Zambrano Harkin); his grandchildren, Liam, Alana, Enya, Melissa, Guillermo and Gabriella; his siblings, Maurice (Patricia) and Kathleen Kelly (Don); and his friend Vince Thomson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Newediuk Funeral Home, Kipling Chapel (2058 Kipling Ave, Toronto, ON M9W4J9). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Benedict Parish (2194 Kipling Ave, Toronto, ON M9W4K9).
