She is survived by: her sons, Peter (Kate), Raymond (Jayne), Homer (Deanna) and David (Colleen); her grandchildren, Emily, Jeremy, Tina, Marc, Jessica, Madeline, Jacob, Kim, Jonathan and Caitlin; her brother-in-law Roel; and her husband Harke Jacob. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
