He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Cecil and Alberta Grace Palmer (Dudley); his wife Marie Agnes Palmer (Dinsmore); and his siblings, Viola Strachan (Davis), Zona Carson, Dora "Dee" Stillman, Carolyn Palmer, Bruce and Gerald Palmer.
He is survived by: his children, Karla Palmer of Toronto, Kelvin Palmer of Toronto, Darren Palmer (Kathy) of Fredericton, Danita Murphy (Rob) of Oshawa and Wallace Palmer (Julie) of Tupelo, Mississippi; his grandchildren, Stefan, Christopher (Jeanette), Kristin (Alex), Shawn, Ashley, Nicholas, Jacob, Landon and Foster; his great grandchild Greyson; his sisters, Janet Eveleigh (James) and Allie Lou Bunn (Richard); and his close friend Kathy Millard. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a donation in the memory of Blake may be made to the York Care Foundation.
