He was predeceased by: his parent Vasylyna Boychuk. He is survived by: his father Roman Boychuk; his wife Nadiya; his children, Roman, Oleksiy and Julia; his grandchildren, Victoria, Dmitriy and Roman; and his former wife Alla.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Newediuk Funeral Home, Kipling Chapel (2058 Kipling Ave, Toronto, ON M9W4J9). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Church of the Holy Protection Ukrainian Catholic Church (30 Leeds St, Toronto, ON M6G3R8).
