He is survived by: his grandparents, Anton Ritter, Eve Ritter, Michael Chase and Olga Chase; his parents, Leona Chase and Brian Chase; his stepmother Lynne; his wife Ishbel Halliday; his sister Jocelyn Kuper; his husband Shaul; and his children, Rachel, Shoshana, Avi, Rivka, Joshua, Dianne, Drew, Samantha and Patrick.
