He was predeceased by: his parent Harold Smith; and his brother Robert Joel Smith. He is survived by: his parent Edythe Smith (Buckley); his grandchildren, Colby, Zoee, Genevieve and Gabrielle; and his brother Rick Smith (Olive) of Pocologan. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In his memory, donations to the Saint John Regional Hospital Palliative Care unit or to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
