With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bruce David Monus of Toronto, Ontario, who passed away on July 22, 2025 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Bruce David departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Bruce David may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Bruce David leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Monus and Alice Monus. He is survived by: his wife Jocelyne Laliberte; his sons, David Joseph Monus and Stephen Andrew Monus; his family Bengal; and his pets, Hank and Hana.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Humphrey Funeral Home A. W. Miles - Newbigging Chapel Ltd. (1403 Bayview Ave, Toronto, ON M4S2N4). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
