He is survived by: his wife Gisela Slaughter; his daughters, Nicole Morton (Robert) and Becky Conway (Brian); his sisters, Lorraine and Carolyn (Cal); and his sisters-in-law, Rose and Carol. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, family and friends.
