He was predeceased by: his parents, Michele and Grazia. He is survived by: his wife Caterina; his children, Michele (Cher) and Domenico (Krisztina); his grandchildren, Maurizio, Francesca, Santino and Isabella; and his brother Angelo. He is also survived by family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Calogero's memory may be made to the Hospital of Sick Children Foundation.
