He is survived by: his wife Amanda Wells; his sons, Liam and Owen Wells-De Souza; his parents, Ariosto Souza and Coleta De Souza; his siblings, Monica De Souza and Anselm; his sister-in-law Andrea Kerkos-De Souza; his nieces and nephews, Xavier and Zadie; his in-laws, Cathy Huntley and Doug Wells; and his sisters, Sandy Wells (Simon Darnell), Jessica (Eric Van Allen) and April (Crystal Wells).
