He is survived by: his wife Lina Provvisionato; his children, Saro Provvisionato (Stephanie), Enza Provvisionato (Tom Boyle) and Carlo Provvisionato (Sue Brown); his grandchildren, Sara (Alvin), Andrew, Laura (Jamie), Michael and Julia; his great grandchildren, Alessio and Siena; and his siblings, Mary (Joe) and Tony (late Dolores).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Lung Association.
