He is survived by: his wife Rita; his children, Roberto (Eduarda) and Susanna (Cheyne Collins); his grandchildren, Lauren, Matthew and Rylan; his siblings, Raffaele (Lina) and Eda (Alfredo Canataro); and his brother-in-law Oscar Cesario.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bernardo Funeral Homes (2960 Dufferin St, North York, ON M6B3S9). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Church (72 Mansfield Ave, Toronto, ON M6J2B2). A burial was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at the Glendale Memorial Gardens (1810 Albion Rd, Etobicoke, ON M9W5T1).

In memory of Carmine, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Canada.
