She was predeceased by: her brother Charles; and her nephew Charles James Barter (C. J.). She is survived by: her parents, James Barter and Jennie Barter (Shaw); her close friend Rocco Morra; her siblings, Alex Barter (Shawna) and Karen Steele (Kevin); her sister-in-law Kelly Barter; and her pets, Stache and Amy. She is also survived by 10 nephews and nieces, a number of grand nephews and nieces.
