She is survived by: her siblings, George Hamlin, Jr., Robert Emmet Hamlin, Doris Priscilla Hamlin Hite, Rosa Belle Hamlin McGriff, Josephine Hamlin Spencer, Jacqueline Hamlin Burnham, Ella Frances Hamlin Green and Minnie Ruth Hamlin Glaze; her cousin Meredith Lorraine "Peggy" Elston; her sister-in-law Helen Mae Hamlin (Robert); and her daughters, Mary Ellen Platt and Cynthia Aisha Hamlin.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jerrett Funeral Homes (1141 St Clair Ave W, Toronto, ON M6E1B1). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the St. Clair Avenue Baptist Church (152 Wychwood Ave, York, ON M6C2T2).
