He is survived by: his daughter Emily Ryane Cooke; his wife Amanda; his mother Heather Maxon; his brother Darrell Maxon; his parents-in-law, Pam Weaver and Wayne Weaver; and his siblings-in-law, Karen MacDonald and Gary MacDonald. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
