He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Morrison Hay and Edwin James Percy Dawson; and his brother Donald (Annabelle). He is survived by: his daughters, Katherine (Stephen), Helen (James), Mary (Doug) and Nancy (Kevin); and his grandchildren, Charlotte, Angela, Ryan, Rory, Alex and Carol.
