He was predeceased by: his siblings, John Byron Gower and Mary Asher. He is survived by: his spouse Doreen; his children, Katherine, Carol-Anne (Neil Quimby) and David (Shari Hanson); and his grandchildren, Elisabeth, Ellen, Margaret, Rensburg, Emily, Kate Quimby, Thomas Gower and Rhondda Gower.
