He was predeceased by: his parents, Zaharias Pavlakos and Constantina Pavlakos; and his sister Georgia. He is survived by: his daughter Maria; his brother Steve; his sister-in-law Katina; his sister Toula (late Dennis); his siblings' children, Jack, Gim (Anna) and Pat; his great-niece Katerina; and his great-nephew Steven.

Visitation was held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Newediuk Funeral Home - Kipling Chapel (2058 Kipling Ave, Etobicoke, ON M9W4J9). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Sts. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church (1 Brookhaven Dr, North York, ON M6M4N6).
