He was predeceased by : his sister Diana Linehan; and his parents, Reg Stringer and Margaret Stringer. He is survived by : his wife Geraldine; his children, Justine (Steven Carey) and Jason (Michelle); his sister Shirley Davey; and his grandchildren, Steven, Clio, Christopher, Jack Carey and Jaime Hunt-Stringer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
