She was predeceased by: her father Vladimir Mackiw; her sister Helen "Olenka" Doyle; her half-brother George Mackiw; and her stepson Neil Scarisbrick. She is survived by: her husband Phil Scarisbrick; her stepchild Jen Ju Scarisbrick (Luis Hernandez); her stepgrandson Jack Hernandez; her son Andrew "Andy" Sprung; the father of her child Michael Sprung; her mother Bohdanna Mackiw; her sister Martha Mackiw (late Denis Moher); her brother-in-law John Doyle (Deborah Gibson); and her nieces and nephews, Olena Moher (J. J. Van Dijk), Michael Moher (Biz), Marta Moher and Matthew Doyle (Alessandra). She is also survived by her family and lifelong friends.
