With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Concetta Di Leo (Toronto, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 15, 2024 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Angelo (Sheila), Nancy and Doreen (Allan); and her grandchildren, Amanda (Ken), April (Krystean), Michael (Janita), Anthony, Aaron, Daniel, Samantha (Gustavo), Christian and Angela. She was also cherished by family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Concetta's memory may be made to the Hospital of Sick Children Foundation and/or Autism Canada.
