He was predeceased by: his wife Johanna Hermina Balke; and his brother Peter. He is survived by: his siblings, Maarten, Leny, Maartin, Hans and Corrie; his children, Cornelius Peter, John William and Margaret Price (Greg); and also Corrie.
Dad passed on Tuesday, December 2nd, 2020 at Holland Christian Homes in Brampton as a result of Covid-19.
