Danica Tavares Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Danica Tavares (Toronto, Ontario), who passed away on March 26, 2023 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her sister Elena; and her parents, Veronika and Milorad. She is survived by: her husband Tony Tavares; her sons, Brian (Kirstin) and Matthew (Amanda); her sister Mira (Michael); and her grandchildren, Oliver and Emily.

For those who wish, donations may be made in memory of Danica to the Canadian Hospice Palliative Care Association at https://www.chpca.ca, which supports the SRT Med-Staff team who provided Danica exceptional care in her final weeks.
