He is survived by: his wife Terri Bulger; his daughters, Holly and Rachel; his sibling's children, Carl (Hilda), Clara, Robin (Becky) and Emily; his uncle Ted Honderich; his siblings-in-law, Chris, Stephen (Catherine), Beth and Lisa Coates; his sibling's children, Jack, Katie, Patrick, Stephen (Holly), Adelaide, Jane, Norah and Erin; his close friends, Holly, Rachel and JT; and his friend David.
