He was predeceased by: his mother Claudette. He is survived by: his spouse Nuala; his children, Siobhan, Sean (Charlotte) and Caitlin (Kevin); his grandchildren, Aoife, Aiden and Grayson; his father David; and his siblings, Jeff (Kathy), Greg (Virginie) and Deb.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Paul O'Connor Funeral Home (1939 Lawrence Ave E, Scarborough, ON M1R2Y8). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Blessed Trinity Parish (3220 Bayview Ave, North York, ON M2M3R7).
For those who wish, in lieu of flowers, donations in honour of David to Catholic Family Services of Toronto would be appreciated by the family.
