We are sad to announce that, on December 30, 2023, David Strachan Bongard (Toronto, Ontario), born in Georgetown, Ontario passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of David Strachan Bongard to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his sisters, Elsie (Falconer) and Judy (Meredith). He is survived by: his wife Sally (Birks); his children, Gaynor (Stefano), Sara Bongard (Roger) and Anna (Bill); the mother of his children Sue; his stepchildren, Sarah, Ashley (James Smith) and John Hennessy (Lee Medeiros); and his grandchildren, James, Oliver, Edward, Lex, Tats, Alessandra, Eugenia, Olivia, Charlotte, Wills and Annabel. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, his many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Princess Margaret Hospital. in Strachan's memory would be greatly appreciated by the family.
