She is survived by: her husband Tim; her sons, Zack (Nicole) and Alex (Braden); her mother Pat Smith; her siblings, Connie (Joe), Perry (Tamara) and Steve (Laura); her parents-in-law, Charlie and Lynda; and her brother-in-law Dan (Denise). She is also survived by her extended family and friends.
