He is survived by: his wife Concetta; his children, Giovanna (Donald Dilallo) and Lorenzo (Laura); and his granddaughters, Lily and Olivia. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, extended family.

In memory of Diego, donations may be made to the Canadian Liver Foundation or St. Joseph's Health Centre.
