With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dikranouhi Atamian (Toronto, Ontario), who passed away on May 29, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Dikranouhi departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Dikranouhi may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Dikranouhi leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Mrad Atamian. She is survived by: her children, Thomas (Lina), Melik, Vartan (Lena) and Seta (Robert); and her grandchildren, Christopher, Tamar (Sean), Raffi and Maral (Marius). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Armenian Apostolic Church (45 Hallcrown Pl, North York, ON M2J4Y4). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:59 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the North York Cemetery (160 Beecroft Rd, North York, ON M2N1W7).
