He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his children, Susanne (Vike), Diana (Irene), Peter (Robyn) and Lisa (Tim); his grandchildren, Anna, Evan, Dominic, Zoë, Phoebe and Ivy (ToRnu Dominic); and his brother Andre.
