He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth (Liz); his daughters, Mary Helen (Don), Phyllis and Donna (Barry); his grandson Darryl Drew; his brother Edward; his sister-in-law Gwen; and his children, Cape Breton and Tim of Horton's Coffee. He is also survived by 25 great grandchildren.
