“Donald was a friend and fellow swimmer. He always had a kind word a story or a joke to share. He enjoyed people and tried to make their day brighter. He liked nothing more than putting a smile on people's faces. He would even sing an oldies song to some of the lifeguards in hopes of making their day brighter. He was ab unofficial Master of Ceremonies at the pool always speaking to everyone he could. He made many friends there and people asking after him for a long time when he could no longer go”
