Donato Ruggiero Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donato Ruggiero (Toronto, Ontario), who passed away on August 3, 2025 at the age of 97. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Donato Ruggiero to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his wife Lucia; his granddaughter Danielle; his parents, Maria Antonia and Giuseppe Ruggiero; and his siblings, Domenico, Concetta, Elisabetta and Filomena.
He is survived by: his children, Giuseppe (Joe) and Maria (Frank Magri); his grandsons, Andrew (Victoria DeChellis) and Eric Magri; and his great grandchildren, Lorenzo and Francesco.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the G. H. Hogle Funeral Home (63 Mimico Ave, Etobicoke, ON M8V1R2). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Angels Catholic Church (61 Jutland Rd, Etobicoke, ON M8Z2G6).
