It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Jay (Toronto, Ontario), who passed away on January 1, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth (Crooker). He is survived by: his sons, David (Kathy), Ian (Leesa) and Garth (Colleen); his grandchildren, Emily, Alex, Glynis, Catherine, Victoria and Madeleine; and his great grandchildren, Logan, Nathan and Ava.
