He was predeceased by : his parents, John (Wes) and Helen; and his brothers, John (Jack) and Ronald (Ron). He is survived by : his wife Teresa; and his sister Roberta (Bolla).

Doug was in my class at Northmount Jr. High..we shared many a good laugh and good times and he was a really nice guy, sharp dresser, gentleman and had great humor. I was so sad to hear of his passing, may he RIP. With kind regards, Judy Henry (nee Kruzynski) and friend of Marnie Munger-Ross who was a long time friend and classmate of Doug's.”
