Douglas Russell is survived by: siblings, Melicent Hilsmann of West Bend, WI, Susan Boulch and Andrew Wapp; and children, Bessie Wapp, Joshua Wapp of Nelson, BC and Yana Hoffman of Eden Mills, ON.
