He is survived by: his wife Carla Pelaccia; his stepsister Ashley Beckstead (Jamie); his aunts and uncles, Wendy Lauay, Tina Lively (Dax), Greg Campbell and Shaun Hurley; his grandparents, Rose Anna Campbell (late Bill Hurley), Greg Tiller and Mary Constantine; his parents-in-law, Tony and Laurie Pelaccia; his aunt Kathy Pelaccia; his brothers-in-law, Anthony Pelaccia (Brooke) and Christopher Pelaccia (Emilie); and his pets, Jet, Flint, Maya and Dylan.
In Dylan's memory, remembrance donation to Sick Kids Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
