It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eduardo Manuel Moniz (Toronto, Ontario), who passed away on March 20, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by : his sister Fatima; his wife Mariana; his children, Eddy Jr. (Jennifer), Stephanie (Daniel) and Christopher (Melanie); and his siblings, Natalia (Manuel), José (Maria) and Maria (Agostinho). He is also survived by his relatives, family and many friends.

In memory of Eduardo, donations may be made to the Canadian Lung Association.
