It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Louis Vasso (Toronto, Ontario), who passed away on May 20, 2026, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Edward departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Edward. Though Edward may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 25th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, May 26th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Tallman Funeral Homes (3277 King St, Vineland, ON L0R2C0). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 26th 2026 from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the same location. A wake will be held on Tuesday, May 26th 2026 at 4:30 PM at the same location. An entombment will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Prospect Cemetery (1450 St Clair Ave W, Toronto, ON M6E1C6).
In lieu of flowers, his preferred charities were Covenant House (https://secure.covenanthouse.ca) and the Scott Mission.
