With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Edwin Palencia (Toronto, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 30, 2026 at the age of 45. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Edwin may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Olga; his sons, Miguel, Efrain and Mathias; his mother Martha; and his sibling Mynor. He was also cherished by his many relatives, dear friends, co-workers.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 5th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the DeMarco Funeral Home (Woodbridge Chapel) (8003 Weston Rd, Woodbridge, ON L4L0K6). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 5th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, May 6th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Beechwood Cemetery (1N4 Tribute Wall).
