She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Powell and Mary Powell; her husband Raymond Gallagher; her son Tony Gallagher; her siblings, Fred Powell, Don Powell, Alex Powell, Margaret Powell and Edith Tibbitts; and her siblings-in-law, Arlene Powell and John Tibbitts.

She is survived by: her siblings, Barbara Hutchings (George Hutchings) and Joe Powell (Norma Powell); her sister-in-law Alison Powell; her son Christopher Gallagher (Jana Gallagher); her grandchildren, Patrick and Stella Gallagher; her daughter-in-law Erica Gallagher; her daughters, Erin and Catherine Gillingham (Maurice Gillingham); and her grandchildren, Emily and Liam Gillingham.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Carnell's Chapel.
