She was predeceased by: her husband Edward; and her parents, Edward Carswell and Helen Carswell. She is survived by: her children, Murray (Eleonora), Helen and Kenneth (Luminita); her grandsons, Joseph and Jack; and her brother Charles.

The family were able to get her up twice after Covid for brief visits.
