She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Walter Kachor; her children, Michael (Jacquelyn), Andrew (Anna Krupski), Baba of Mark, Ryan, Luke, Oscar and Agnes; her siblings, Eugenia Barber (late Norman), Henry Petranik (Margaret) and Steven Petranik (Ann Auman); her parents, Mikolaj Petranik and Maria Petranik (Zahaczewska); and her aunt Emmy.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Newediuk Funeral Home – Kipling Chapel (2058 Kipling Ave, Etobicoke, ON M9W4J9). A memorial service was held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Demetrius Church (135 La Rose Avenue, Toronto, Ontario M9P1A6).
