He is survived by: his wife Cristina; his children, Mara (Carmine Lombardi), Ricardo, Marga and Maria Victoria (Luciano Vitone); his grandchildren, Cristina, Michael, Adam, Julia, Emely, Haylie, Giuliana, Mia, Isabella and Alessandro; and his brothers, Osvaldo, Gianfranco and Giuseppe. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, extended family.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Bernardo Funeral Homes (2960 Dufferin St, North York, ON M6B3S9). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (2 Richardson Ave, Toronto, ON M6M 3R4).
