She was predeceased by: her husband Ludwik Machulec; and her great-grandparents, Prababcia, Krystian, Dominik (Jacob), Ewelina, Anita, Olivia, Gabriela (Leo), Robin, Sofia (John) and Marianna.
She is survived by: her children, Janusz (Ilona) and Michael (Klaudia); and her grandchildren, Babcia, Monika (Krysztof), Catalina (Dave), Matthew, Martyna, Carina, Margaret (Alfredo) and Larissa (Sebin). She is also survived by her family, friends.
