He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Fabrizi. He is survived by: his children, Laura (Garrey), Linda (Marc), Michael (Gillian), Richard (Jennifer), Weston, Henry, David, Scott, Samantha, Megan (Eli), Michelle, Andrew, Sarah, Grace, Benjamin, Sean and Matthew; and his friend Dorothy Heggum.
