He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel and Mychylena; his siblings, Olga and Gerald; and his granddaughter Allison.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Paul, David, Stephen (Wendy), Lorie (Patrick), Ken (Kimberly), Lynne (Paul), Catherine (Larry) and James (Kristen); his grandchildren, Emily Wrobel (Benjamin), Jeffrey Horbatiuk, Hunter Harrison, Michael Harrison and Chandler Harrison; and his caregiver Mahalia.
