With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eva (Portnoy) Bodenstein in Toronto, Ontario, who passed away on June 14, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Abraham Bodenstein; her parents, Benjamin Rochel and Shayna Rochel; and her siblings, Chaim Mordechai, Dora, Bella, Boris and Chayna.

She is survived by: her daughter Susan; her son-in-law Ronny Solomon; her granddaughter Carrie Altman; her stepgrandchildren, Cory Solomon, Penny and Jon O'Connor; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Quinn and Morgan O'Connor.
